Affiliation

To affiliate with Kosciusko, reply to this thread with the form after placing our banner in your affiliates. Please note the following:

• We prefer to be placed in static affiliates (ie visible on the first rendering of the page, not at the bottom of a scrolling box or in a marquee), but if your site supports only scrolling affiliates then we shall affiliate your banner in our own marquee.
  
• You do not need to use the exact form given, but we do need you to give us all the information asked for,
  
• Please do not post adverts here, post them in their own thread in this board.
  
• We cannot promise that your banner will be put up instantly, but please feel free to remind us you are pending an affiliation request in our cbox if we're taking our time.

Your banner will not be accepted, or will be taken down for any of the following reasons:

• You do not give us all the information requested in the form (the layout of the form is not necessary).
  
• Your banner exceeds 88x31 pixels,
  
• Our banner is not present on your main page,
  
• Your site has not been played on in a month,
  
• Your RP-boards are hidden from guest viewing.
  
• Or we deem the content of your site inappropriate.
