OOC: that's alright and I'm sorry for the wait again :/ "I shall leave my world for no-one, and no-one shall be departing with me," said the mare, stirring fear and anxiety in Yarran's heart as he strove to think of a way to convince her to leave this dangerous mountain tor. But almost as soon as the words left her mouth the filly was plunging after him, crowding his hindquarters until she slid ahead of him and Yarran truly feared that she would fall head first down the slope. His whinny of caution died on his lips as the mare looked at him, speaking hurriedly. Her words inspired additional fear in his heart but Yarran knew them to be at least partially true, though it still gripped him with fear to see the bay mare gather herself and gallop down the slope. Whinnying desperately to her and praying that they both survived, Yarran took off after her, flint hooves barely making contact with the rock as gravity and his own momentum hurled him faster and faster down the hill so that he dared not even try to stop for fear of being flung head over heels. Sharp rock grazed his delicate legs and he felt the warm blood begin to run in rivets down them even as the rain washed it away almost as soon as it appeared. Still, the sting of these wounds was nothing compared to the anxiety that gripped him as he watched Myali's dark form ahead of him.
