That’s right: Kossy is having a tournament!
Due to recent inactivity, the position for King of the High Country is open for those stallions wishing to come and audition for it. But just to spice things up a little, we’ve decided to hold a tournament to decide the winner.
It will work like this:
There are 16 slots, and active players with post counts over 100 can enter 2 prospective stallions to compete for the position of King. To make sure we get the numbers (we need 16 for the system to work) the players who enter 2 of their stallions will be able to enter up to another 2 stallions if there are any more spare places by Monday of next week (24th May).
The tournament works by randomly grouping the 16 entrants into 8 pairs (because we like random things). Each pair will "fight" and their fight stats are used to roll and find the victor. This winner progresses to the next round (there are 4 in total) where he fights against the winner of another pair and so on until a final winner - The King - is decided.
Fight points will be awarded for those who are entered too, so everyone wins something! Yay!
You don't need to play these fights out, but you are welcome to do so. Players can also decide between them if any mares were won during the fights, but this is not mandatory. Unless you organise otherwise, these fights will be for prestige only.
You can enter any two stallions of your own that would like to compete for King, but remember that the better their fight stat, the better chance they have of winning.
Once all the entrants are ready, we will start rolling the fights. We'll announce a round each day until the winner is declared!
