Name: Cobar [meaning burnt earth] Species: Brumby Gender: Stallion Age: 5 years Appearance: Cobar is a buckskin stallion, but his golden fur is softened by pale dapples. He has the classic black points, giving his reasonably large frame a sense of boldness and power. Cobar's dark brown mane and tail accent his light tan fur, though they are a tad short for a brumby. The only mark of white on him is a faded star, placed just slightly above a pair of deep brown eyes. Another smudge of color is placed on Cobar's grey muzzle, but it looks rather ordinary. For size, Cobar gets a good score, but he is no hulking brute. In fact, Cobar's build seems to be made only for a hardy survival. His legs are not long, nor is his head elegant. Cobar is simply a well-rounded, sound creature, with a nice padding of needed muscle. Personality: To outsiders and potential enemies, Cobar is a cunning, dangerous brute. He is silent and mentally sharp, always working things through his mind before taking action. It is difficult to outsmart him, and this is mainly because he takes his time. Rash? Hardly. Now Cobar has a bit of a dark streak in him, and sometimes it may seem that he relishes putting others down. But in truth, he just takes pleasure in crushing his opponents; who wouldn't? And you must know that Cobar cares for his own brumbies with the finest of loyalty. For those in his herd, Cobar is the most gentle and caring stallion. He looks out for his herd, and though foals aren't his passion, he doesn't mind watching them either. In fact, Cobar finds it interesting to watch the youngsters mature into strong brumbies. You should also know that Cobar is an experienced horse, and isn't easily spooked. Normally he retains a calm, collected aura. Genes: Ee/Aa/CRcr/STYsty (thanks, Illu!) Extra: Nope.

I have been a bad, bad mod. I'm back now, at least. ^^;
Just noting on the genes, good attempt there, but the one you put there is for a Moon Filly, not a dappled buckskin. ^^
The dappling could be caused by light sooty, or just something random. Adding sooty just means your foals might get more colour options later, thats all. =D
Your options are the following, modified for more foal colours later: With Sooty: Ee/Aa/CRcr/STYsty W/O Sooty: Ee/Aa/CRcr (Can also be written as nCR and nSTY or even Crcr and Stysty. It means the same, just a matter of preference.)
If you want to you can put some more caps in anywhere you like (eg: EE/Aa/CRcr/STYSTY) , but at least one of the two letter pairs must be in caps for the required colour. However, all caps gene sets (eg: AA instead of Aa) may limit the amount of foal colours later depending on whom Cobar breeds with.
Hope I could help, and welcome to Kossie! (I'll try and be active from now on, I promise.)

Oh, well thank you VERY much for the help. I admire your knowledge with this stuff; I'm OK with some other animals, but I know virtually nothing about horse genes. I'll gladly use one of the codes you got for me. Sooty sounds awesome. ^^
