When brumbies fight, there is a system you must follow. If a fight is going to happen, PM me with the contestants and the thread is is about to take place in and I will reply with the outcome.
The outcome is determined using a point system, and a dice-roll. Each horse is given a fighting statistic, based on their age, success and physical condition.
Mares can have a fight stat too, but stallions have a distict advantage.
There is how the fight statistic for each horse is determined (words in brackets are which category the point falls under):
Eg. Bob has 10 points, and Steve has 8. Bob has the numbers 1-10, and Steve has the numbers 11-18. A random number between 1 and 18 is rolled, and whoever's number bracket it falls in, that's who wins. A random number generator is used, which makes the descision fair. The system makes the fight outcome based on luck and skill.
However if the lesser skilled stallion has half or less than half the points as their opponent, they will automatically lose.
When the outcome has been decided by this system, the players are free to play out the fight. It is up to the players how much damage they take, but a stallion with a higher statistic would inflict more damage on one with a lower stat. It is up to you if your character dies as a result of the fight, this is never determined by the staff team unless a horse enters a fight with negative points. If they don't die from the beating, they'd die from the wounds soon after. Your horse is not immortal.

+1 extra point for stallions from the ages of 5 to 7 (condition, age).
+3 points if they are the King. (experience and success)
+1 for every fight lost. (experience)
+2 for every fight won. (experience and success)
-3 if they've fought recently. (condition)
-1 if they've lost recently. (condition)
-2 points for each year after 10. (age and condition)
