The Curse
Name: Yindi (Curse)
Species: Brumby x Friesian
Gender: Female
Age: 2 years.
Appearance: Yindi will mature to be medium built, leaning a bit towards the stocky side thanks to her Friesan father. Will mature to around 15hh.
Her coat is a mixture of black and various shades of brown, thus meaning she is a seal brown. She has slight feathering on her hocks and a bronze tint in her mane and tail. Finally she has brown eyes.
Personality: Personality wise Yindi will be a loner in later life, being withdrawn and quiet. She has a short temper and prefers to use violence to solve any conflict. Yindi is a very mistrustful horse and also keeps her feelings sheltered and her expressions unreadable.
History: It's not a nice feeling to be born and see, instead of a look of love, a look of horror and disappointment on your mother's face. That's exactly what Yindi saw when she took her first peek at the world around her. It was only downhill from there.
She was named Yindi because her mother thought she was a curse and had wished that the foal would be born without breath. The look on Baramay's face confused Yindi, she didn't know her mother despised her for being born.
This dislike sprung of course out of the circumstances of Yindi's conception, which, to Baramay, are unspeakable circumstances.
Right now she is testing the waters with her mother, who barely registers her existence anymore, and Nevada.
