The Warrior
Name: Burnum - 'Great Warrior'
Species: Brumby
Gender: Male
Age: 3 years.
Appearance: An oddly patched bay roan colt with a nice head, back and legs. Of course he's a little downhill build-wise, but that's to be expected of foals and young horses, and his mother hopes he'll grow out of it. His shoulder does look like it's going to develop straight however.
At any rate, he's still too young for anyone to be able to predict too much.
Personality: Two moods only as of right now. Food. Sleep.
History: His father, the King, suddenly disappeared shortly before his birth, and his frantic mother, Binda, ended up in labour not long after the stallion that was searching for him returned. She got as far away as possible, and Burnum's birth was very drawn out thanks to his dam's exhaustion.
Resisting her first impulse to name him something meaning 'solitary' or 'misery' in case she ended up cursing her firstborn, the blue roan picked Burnum, believing he was going to have to be a little warrior to cope without a sire. Plus, it sounded like Burn 'Em, and setting things on fire was feeling like it would be a great stress relief.
