Name: Arapala - Full Moon
Species: Brumby
Gender: Female, filly.
Age: 0; newborn.
Appearance: For now Arapala is a chocolate, velvety brown with a light brown mane and tail. Soon enough as she grows her coat will darken and her mane and tail will lighten into those of a moonfilly. She is quite a nice and soundly built horse. Her body is slender yet sturdy. Slightly cowhocked and other minor conformational faults. Will mature to around 15Hh.
Personality: Sweet and very curious is the best way to sum up Arapala. Somehow she has avoided taking on Brael's attitude towards life, instead inheriting more of her father's traits. She is bold and adventurous with just a dash of arrogance to go along with it. More often than not she can be seen on the heels of Tingara, loving nothing more than to follow her father around asking questions about the world. The filly is sociable and loves to spend time playing with her brothers and sisters, and even tries to chat with the older mares from time to time.
History: Born to Brael in a small glade deep in the Brolga's old territory. She was the first foal of the Moonfilly's and the King's union, born when the moon was high and the sky was clear. The birth itself was over in all but a few hours and after it was when it got exciting. As soon as she saw the colouring of her daughter's coat Brael knew she had finally had a Moonfilly daughter to call her own.

After a few days of rest and quick learning, Arapala and Brael set out back to the main herd. Unlike many other foals, the number of horses of her birth herd did not intimidate the young filly. Instead it excited her. The first thing she did was to race (rather clumsily) to them, somehow managing to hurtle straight into her father.
