Name: Iuk, meaning 'eel'
Species: Brumby

Age: Five years
Appearance: Iuk is very thin and unhealthy looking, with a thin, hollow face and legs like splinters. He looks very much like a nightrunner stallion, with a coat that is often dirty or scratched and with the raw red look around his nose and eyes. His hooves are small and neat to match his spindly legs. Iuk looks underfed and uncared for - as well as looking insane. His eyes are a pale, ice blue, and are often bright with sickness. Iuks mane is long and ragged, as well as his tail.
Personality: Iuk is insane. He believes he is a nightrunner, though can come out during the daytime hours. He fears kangaroos and black cockatoos, but likes to follow around snakes and lizards. Other stallions do not scare him, and he often will abuse them verbally with words that do not make sense to anyone but himself.
Iuk will fight anyone, and often has surges of strength that would seem impossible for someone of his size and stature. He will insult anyone, mare or stallion, young or old.
History: Born and left, Iuk never knew his dam or sire, but was taken in by a brumby mare whom allowed him to feed from her until he was able to eat the snowgrass. Unfortunately, he was weaned too soon and this combined with his low immune system allowed madness to take hold within his young brain. He was shunned by horses for his strange and frightening appearance and so took pleasure in being alone.
Though this abandonment of others left him with only his madness for company, which of course furthered his insanity. He began to claim mares and use them for company - but none appealed to him and so he left them to find another stallion.
