Appearance: Chestnut Paint of an average disposition, lean, swift and well coordinated with a finely chiseled head and sloping shoulder.
Personality: Curious and mischievous Barkala is full of young life. Having grown up on his own without his mother you would think he'd be quiet and nervous, but he makes up for what he lacks in attitude! He is easy to befriend if you can stand his energetic disposition. Although he is fully recovered from his ordeal, Barkala suffers from bouts of depression stemming from his apparent abandonment as a foal and actively seeks out his dam even though he is past the age of needing her. His next mission is to find her stallion that will hopefully lead him to Allambee.
History: Separated from his dam during spring melt flooding at the age of 10 months old, Barkala survived on the kindness of others and also of the high country. He seeks Allambee still, mainly to fill that emptiness inside his chest, but also for the reassurance that she survived. She did indeed, but a year later was consumed by the bush fires, unbeknownst to Barkala.

Yumyummm! Rae has just apped his half-brother, Ghostface, though he's only a yearling. Since they were born at the saame time, you might want to work out with Rae if they should be yearlings or two (I think yearling is probably the more accurate)
