Appearance: Red dun overo, with minimal markings, a bald face, blue eyes and a distinctive white patch on her lower left ribcage. She has always been a lithe filly, but Eumina has grown into a very slim, almost too thin, young mare with long legs, a petite face and a fragile build. Most would probably mistake her for a yearling, or barely a two-year-old. In harsher times, her ribs can be seen, and its a wonder she survives the winter.
Personality: Once a playful and high-spirited filly, a harsh and lonely life has made Eumina fragile and in constant fear. She never speaks, and she harbours a phobia of stallions so strong that she will flee just at the scent of one. Should one catch up to her, she will freeze but she will never disobey a stallion (unless he asks her to speak).
History: Eumina never knew her father, and travelled with her mother and sister, and another mare named Luz. The four didn't come into contact with many stallions, and it's from this lack of familiarity that her fear stems. She became separated from her small family group during a brumby run, and though she tried to steer clear of stallions, the pretty little filly was sought after by many a stallion. She avoided most of them, until one day she was ambushed by a cruel grey colt. She still has nightmares about what that beast would have done to her. Luckily a blue roan mare named Ekala stepped in to save her, and Eumina travelled with her a while. She became separated from the kind mare when a stallion spooked Eumina, and she has been alone since, dodging stallions and hiding from other brumbies lest they draw attention to her.
