Name: Cooinda ; happy place
Species: Horse, Brumby
Gender: Mare
Age: 4
Appearance: Stockier than the average brumby, she shows influence of ponies from way back in her bloodline. Her head is straight, with ears a little longer than the standard horse ears. Her blue eyes are fathomless, and lull you into staring at them for hours. Her neck is thick, with a long, frizzy mane on the left side that has a few tangles near the bottom. Her back is short, with strong hindquarters and a thick barrel. Her legs are thick throughout. Her hide is a lovely snowy color, with darker gray marks on her legs. A dark stripe runs the length of her back, and darkens a few hairs of her tail. Her shoulders are barred by the same dark gray color, and on her face there is a light trace of webbing. She does have a strip on her face, but it is hard to see with her already light color.
Personality: She's a happy go-lucky mare, but not overly hyper. She wanders around the high country, not knowing what else to do. Ashamed of her dun markings, she try's to stay away from stallions and other mares, since they always think she is a prized silver, until they see her dark dun marks. She does have a kind heart, but just doesn't realize she needs to stick up for herself. She can easily be taken advantaged of, and she won't realize it most of the time. One of her few goals is to stand by a golden palomino stallion, like her father.
History: Born into a small and stable band to a bright golden stallion and a sandy dunalino mare. They were surprised by her color, and until she had shed into her more dun markings, kept her hidden away from others. They still worried about her, and the attraction they were getting from all the colts. She was a magnet for trouble, her father fighting off more than his share of battles. She left when her first heat came at the age of three, and has been travelling the high country, and by both sheer luck and a little determination, has avoided most stallions and mares.
Genes: ee aa CrCr Dd
Extra notes: She's a bit of a dolt, but a happy one, and she's a cremello dun, or as I now call it, a dunmello
