Appearance: A rich fiery chestnut, smothered in a patchy roan of white hairs, including his face. The white is concentrated more around his rump and behind his elbows. He will continue to fade out over time. He has his father's build, though he doesn't know it yet. In a few years, he'll be a well-muscled, average-height stallion with power and grace. Right now, he's still in the lanky in-between stage. Not a foal, but nowhere near the bulk of a fully-grown stallion.
Personality: Unsure of himself, Maka often stutters and hesitates to make a decision. He was separated from his mother as a yearling, and has been unable to make friends with other colts his age. From what he knows of his mother - Kurrin - she adored his father - Nepelle - but something happened between them that made them fall out of love. Maka wonderes frequently if it was him. What Maka wants most is somebody to love him, and he's easily manipulated with kindness.
History: Nepelle and Kurrin's second and last foal, Maka stuck close to his mother during the first year of his life, but was separated from her during the bushfire. Now he roams alone, desperate for company.
